We request that you gather as much information as you possibly can about the claim in question before you report it to us. This may include, for example, the purchase price of your car, the receipt for you lost sunglasses or the value of your luggage.
You can call us to report the claim 24 hours a day, 7 days per week on 010 -288 44 44. If your situation is less urgent, you can use our online claim form which you can find in My Schouten Zekerheid.
Once you have submitted the form, we will start working on your claim as quickly as possible.
We will regularly keep you informed on the progress being made during this process and you will be notified when your claim has been handled.

Recovery scheme
Relations who have full hull insurance for their passenger car or delivery van can also benefit from our recovery scheme. This includes, among others, that no own deductible will have to be paid as standard, that you will be provided with a free replacement car during the repairs and that you have a 48-month guarantee on the repairs.
