The VvE Hybrid Package was developed for buildings built after 1980. Modern complexes have a different risk profile than older buildings, and require insurance that fits in seamlessly.

With this package, you offer your VvE relations complete coverage: buildings, glass, liability, legal assistance and directors' and officers' liability. You work with competitive net premiums and determine the commission yourself.

Damages are handled efficiently through our Damage Service: a repairer will contact you within 2 hours and, if necessary, an emergency repair will be carried out the same day. In this way you take care of your customers and keep your own portfolio clear and strong.
