Buildings Insurance
Building insurance (also known as building insurance) is mandatory for every Owner's Association. This is for good reason, because building insurance insures the VvE against damage to the building in many situations.
Appraisals
An appraisal is an official determination of the reconstruction value of the VvE building. As part of our duty of care and because we believe it is important that our clients are properly insured, we advise you to have the building appraised in accordance with Article 7:960 of the Civil Code. After a valuation in accordance with art. 7:960 of the Civil Code, you have the guarantee that in the event of any damage, the insurer(s) will not claim underinsurance. Moreover, a fixed valuation takes into account matters such as foundations and, for example, the monumental character of the building.
