Available: weekdays from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Costs: you pay the local rate (plus any costs of your mobile provider). You will always get an employee on the line immediately. Tip: keep your policy number handy so we can help you faster. In emergencies we can also be reached outside office hours on the same number.

When will you receive a response?
We will do our utmost to help you as quickly as possible. In exceptional situations, such as storm damage or other emergencies, it may take longer. But we strive to meet the agreed response times.

Response deadlines

Answering information requests on existing and new insurance policies.

Or a message within 10 business days that your information request will take longer than 10 business days to process. We will then let you know when to expect the requested information.

Acceptance review of new insurance policies. Changes and cancellations of existing insurance policies.

Upon receipt of required information (if necessary upon receipt of inspection report, application form).
If we do not receive a requested inspection report within 40 days, we will notify you.  
Following a request to change a current insurance policy.

Provision of underwriting documents.

Issue policies/appendices and certificates of insurance (new and existing policies), upon receipt of required information.

Claims handling and insurance payments.

Notification confirmation, initiation of claim processing which may include loss assessment, request to complete claim form and request required information. (24 hours)
Review of insurance coverage and insurance payment, upon receipt of required information. (10 days)
