How do you report a compliment or complaint?
Choose 1 of these options for quick and careful handling. As soon as we receive a complaint, we will send a confirmation of receipt. We will respond substantively to your complaint within 3 weeks. If it is not possible to respond within this time, we may extend this period by 3 weeks. We will let you know in writing why the deadline is being extended.
