"There is hard work but also always room for a joke."

Carlo de la Fosse

I am Carlo de la Fosse, live in Haarlem and work as a Business Intelligence Consultant at The CDO / Schouten Zekerheid.

Three years ago I joined Schouten Zekerheid to contribute to the visualization of all the interesting data available, with the goal of making the organization more data-driven. What makes this work so fun for me is that by making the data transparent, you can ensure that the organization can make better decisions. It is also very satisfying to see that the data dashboards that my colleagues and I build are really being used.

Ultimately, I want to keep developing myself to be the best in my field. In this way I can help the organization deal with data in the best possible way. I also enjoy passing on knowledge to other colleagues and assisting them in their development.

The nice thing about working at Schouten Zekerheid is that we work hard, but there is also room for a joke. The atmosphere within the company is very open. You can drop by anyone to ask a question or have a chat. Schouten Zekerheid not only wants real security for its business relations, but also for its employees. If the world is not going well, or on a personal level, you can be sure that Schouten Zekerheid will always have your back. I appreciate that enormously.
