Protect your hospitality business from major damage
You can list a nice inventory; such as your kitchen (appliances), visual and sound equipment, and catering furniture. In addition, you also have inventory. Your entire inventory and stock of goods in your hospitality business will soon be worth a lot.
Due to considerable damage, everything can be damaged at once. Can you then purchase everything all over again?
The KHN Security Package
You can take out this insurance separately or as part of the KHN Security Package. You can put together your own KHN Security Package and it insures the most common risks in the hospitality industry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need property and inventory insurance in the hospitality industry?
We frequently find that hospitality business owners think that inventory and goods are the same in their hospitality business. This is not the case. Inventory is the contents of your catering business. Think of tables, chairs, patio furniture, screens and (kitchen) equipment.
By goods we mean all the inventory you have in the kitchen, the warehouse and behind the bar or counter, among other things. Without these items, unfortunately, your hospitality business is worth very little.
Insuring your goods and inventory provides your business with additional livelihood security.
What damages are covered?
Fire, burglary, water damage, vandalism, storm, collision (e.g., car against facade).
Goods are the inventory you sell or use, such as food, drinks, packaging.
Inventory are the business assets: kitchen equipment, furniture, cash registers, refrigerators, etc.
What is your hospitality business insured for with property and inventory insurance?
