As an employee of House of Talents, you can choose from three collective schemes. These have been arranged especially for you, giving you additional security on favorable terms.

1. Death risk insurance

This insurance provides for a one-off payment to your next of kin in the event of your death. So you don't leave them behind with unexpected financial worries.

2. ANW gap insurance

When you die before your retirement age, your partner is often no longer entitled to a benefit under the Surviving Dependants Act (ANW). With this insurance, your partner will still receive a monthly payment. This leaves financial room for fixed expenses such as rent or mortgage, groceries and other costs.

3. Group health insurance

Through House of Talents, you can participate in a collective health insurance plan. You will benefit from a discount on the premium and sometimes from extra reimbursements or additional packages.
