Do I need an occupational health and safety service?

What does the KHN Health and Safety Service cost?
The KHN Arbodienst offers a full-service contract. This means that all costs regarding reintegration, such as visits to a company doctor and the deployment of a case manager, are included.
The hospitality industry often employ on-call workers, which is why we don't charge a rate per employee, but a fixed percentage over the payroll. This often saves you a lot of money as a hospitality entrepreneur. The percentage is a maximum of 0.90% of the (gross) salary sum per year (excluding VAT) if you purchase the health and safety service separately (without health insurance).
Example: you have 16 employees and a total (gross) annual wage bill of €200,000. Then you pay for the KHN health and safety service a maximum of €1,800 per year (excluding 21% VAT). Elsewhere you would pay approximately € 2,800.- per year (excluding 21% VAT).

Working Method KHN Health and Safety Service
- Do you want to report an employee sick? Then you can easily report it online through XpertSuite.
- You will have a regular case manager to whom you can turn with all your questions.
- Your case manager sets up the sick leave process for you.
- Is your employee sick for a long time? Then your case manager will take steps.
- You get help in creating the mandatory absence and reintegration file.
- Your case manager maintains contact with the company physician.
- You get help so that you meet the legal obligations.
Risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E).
- Do you not yet have an RI&E and fewer than 25 salaried employees? Then you can use the free digital R&I of KHN.
- Do you not yet have an RI&E and have more than 25 salaried employees? Then you need to have your RI&E tested. KHN has a special R&I scan for hospitality industry members.
