How can I report my damage?
Report your claim easily online, at your convenience, via the online claim form in your account on My KHN Insurance.

What happens after a claim is reported?
Once you report damage to us, we'll make sure you receive a quick confirmation and let you know if we need anything else from you. Then one of our claims handlers will get to work for you. We'll keep you informed about what to expect: whether the claim is covered, what the compensation is and what the further process looks like. Is the claim compensated? Then we make sure that the amount is paid out or that the damage is repaired. We stay in contact until everything is settled and are happy to think along with you to prevent recurrence.
