The KHN Health & Safety Service offers you support and guidance regarding the entire absenteeism process of your sick employees. As a result, you comply with the legal requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in the field of absenteeism and can count on quick and expert occupational health and safety services that are specialized in absenteeism in the hospitality industry.

The Sick Leave Insurance

According to the hospitality industry collective bargaining agreement, wage continuation is 95 percent in the first year and 75 percent in the second year. The salary of your sick employee is automatically paid to you with the Sick Leave Insurance up to a maximum of 2 years. This means you no longer have to submit manual claims! The Absenteeism Director

The absence director helps you communicate with the various parties you have to deal with when your employee is sick. We also help you to limit sick leave within your hospitality company. So that you get a better grip on (the costs of) disability and absenteeism.

 

The service Verzuimregisseur is an integral part of the sick leave insurance. The rate from January 1, 2025 is 0.10% of your annual wage bill (excluding VAT).
