The KHN Health & Safety Service offers you support and guidance regarding the entire absenteeism process of your sick employees. As a result, you comply with the legal requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in the field of absenteeism and can count on quick and expert occupational health and safety services that are specialized in absenteeism in the hospitality industry.

The Absenteeism Insurance

According to the hospitality industry collective bargaining agreement, salary continuation is 95 percent in the first year and 75 percent in the second year. With sick leave insurance, your sick employee's wages are automatically paid to you for up to 2 years. This eliminates the need to submit manual claims! The Absenteeism Director

We help you communicate with the various parties you have to deal with when your employee is sick. We also help you to limit sick leave within your hospitality company. So that you get a better grip on (the costs of) disability and absenteeism!

  •  The premium risk is limited to 25%. Do you have a lot of absenteeism in a year where normally the premium would be increased significantly? With this variant, this is a maximum of 25%. 

  •  Gatekeeper's guarantee: if you follow the advice of the company doctor and insurer, the insurer will reimburse a (possible) wage sanction from the UWV.
